New Day, New Office

Beyond the Page this month, there are boxes upon boxes containing the detritus of twenty-five years of publishing activity, piled on every available surface. Why? Because as of February, Country Roads has a new home … in an old one. We have moved the magazine's office into a circa 1895 cottage in Baton Rouge's Beauregard Town with high ceilings and big windows and creaky wooden floors that feel just right to us. It's on France Street, within double-cheeseburger-flinging distance of the McDonald's drive-through window. For a glimpse, click here.
